Be aware that profiles can easily be hacked into and imitated, so make sure you know that you are talking to the person you know before you give out any information. You should also talk to your parents before entering the world of online dating. It may seem like a hassle or a bore but you should make sure you have their approval before you access these sites. They may want to know the pros and cons before allowing you access to it, and you should make sure you know what not to do on an online dating site.
